All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving payment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Fee: PKR 200 (Flat Rate)
Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000

Other Cities in Pakistan:

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
Shipping Fee: PKR 350 (Flat Rate)
Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 7,000

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, holidays, or logistical delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable courier services, including Leopards Courier, TCS, and BlueEx, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Pakistan.
Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options, which could result in longer delivery times.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@aureliaff.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
